<h2>Flexographic Press Operator – 2nd Shift</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Green Bay, WI<br><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM<br><strong>Pay:</strong> 27+/hour DOE <br><strong>Hire Type: </strong>Direct Hire</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We’re looking for a skilled and motivated <strong>Flexographic Press Operator</strong> to join our <strong>Press Operations team</strong> at our Green Bay facility. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in bringing our customers’ labels and packaging to life—products you’ll recognize on shelves every day. Your work helps our customers stand out, and quality, precision, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.</p><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li><p>Competitive compensation based on skills and experience</p><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including:</p><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p><li><p>Paid time off and paid holidays</p><li><p>Short- and long-term disability</p><li><p>Life insurance</p><li><p>And more</p></ul></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic presses efficiently and safely, ensuring all work meets quality and production specifications</p><li><p>Operate equipment including:</p><ul><li><p>10-color 13” water-based flexographic press</p><li><p>8-color 17” UV flexographic press</p><li><p>Nilpeter narrow-web UV ink roll-fed flex press</p><li><p>Mark Andy 10-color water-based flexographic press</p></ul><li><p>Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency while minimizing material waste</p><li><p>Collaborate closely with press team members to ensure presses are fully stocked and production runs smoothly</p><li><p>Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles to improve processes, efficiency, and quality</p><li><p>Support ISO quality systems and follow all safety and operational standards</p><li><p>Contribute to an innovative, continuous-improvement culture focused on developing new and improved products</p></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p>Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and think through equipment challenges</p><li><p>Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines</p><li><p>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; comfortable working with a diverse group of personalities</p><li><p>Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to internal and external needs</p><li><p>Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written</p></ul><h3>Education, Skills, and Experience</h3><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p><li><p>Mechanical aptitude</p></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Two or more years of printing experience</p><li><p>Flexographic printing experience (narrow web preferred; wide web or offset experience considered)</p><li><p>Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems</p></ul>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
