• Lead the culinary team in preparing and executing exceptional food for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
• Develop creative and appealing menus that align with client preferences, event themes, and seasonal availability, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food sourcing, preparation, cooking, and plating with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage inventory levels, place food and supply orders, and maintain cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate closely with the event planning team and clients to understand their vision and deliver culinary creations that exceed expectations.

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in catering or a high-volume event setting.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
• Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for diverse events.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations (e.g., ServSafe certification preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
