Mechanical assembler

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow established methods and sequences for:
• • Wiring
  • Component installation
  • Hand soldering
  • Cable harnessing
• Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining blueprint specifications and required tolerances.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Troubleshoot moderately difficult assembly issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate with peers and customers to exchange or present factual information.
• Work independently with limited daily supervision.
• Take responsibility for assigned objectives and determine the appropriate process to meet goals.

Requirements:

• Experience with electronic/electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing preferred.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
