Marketing/Outreach Director

Location: Port St Lucie Hospital

Position Summary

Springbrook is seeking a motivated Marketing/Outreach Specialist to help grow referral relationships and increase awareness of our behavioral health and addiction treatment programs. This role focuses on community outreach, relationship building, event support, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community partners

• Assist with presentations, seminars, trade shows, and networking events

• Support marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives

• Conduct outreach efforts including follow-up calls and referral development

• Prepare reports tracking marketing activities and referral growth

• Coordinate marketing materials, vendors, and event logistics

• Collaborate with leadership to support business development goals

• Travel locally for meetings and outreach activities as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered

• Minimum 1 year of marketing or healthcare outreach experience preferred

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred

Work Environment

• Combination of office, community outreach, and event-based work

• Some evening and weekend travel may be required
