This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery while producing quality parts that meet established specifications and tolerances.</span></span><br><span ><span >This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can work independently while being part of a strong team.</span></span><br><span ><span ><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Set up and operate CNC production equipment, including lathes, grinders, mills, and similar machinery.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Load and verify CNC programs and perform some conversational programming.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Read and interpret blueprints, prints, drawings, and job specifications.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Set up and change tooling according to job requirements.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Produce parts within established specifications and tolerances.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Deburr and finish completed parts.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance, including cleaning, coolant replacement, and greasing.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Maintain production logs, tooling lists, and feeds and speeds charts.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Maintain an organized library of approved CNC programs.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Assist with monitoring and maintaining tool inventory by working with tool vendors.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Communicate with other departments to help maintain an efficient workflow.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Follow all applicable OSHA and environmental safety requirements.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Perform other duties as assigned.</span></span></ul><span ><span ><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >At least <strong>2 years of related experience preferred</strong>.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Must be at least 18 years old.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment quickly.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to work independently and meet production goals.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Strong communication and teamwork skills.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Willingness to assist in other roles or departments when needed.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or related computer software.</span></span></ul><span ><span ><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while operating machinery and using tools.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive movements.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to <strong>25 pounds</strong>, with occasional lifting of up to <strong>50 pounds</strong>.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to use hands and arms for precision work, including gripping, pinching, holding, and maneuvering parts and tools.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to read instructions, operate machinery, and visually inspect finished parts.</span></span></ul><span ><span ><strong>Why You'll Like This Opportunity</strong></span></span><br><span ><span ><strong><span >?</span> 6:00 AM–2:00 PM</strong><br><strong><span >?</span> Hands-on CNC machining environment</strong><br><strong><span style=">?</span> Opportunity to grow your technical skills</strong></span></span><br><br>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
