As a Regional Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across Texas. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of regional business plans to achieve growth and revenue targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and referral sources

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and drive growth initiatives

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospitals, and referral sources, to promote Avir Vista's services and build brand awareness

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to drive patient referrals and growth

• Manage and optimize agency operations to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality patient care

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Proven track record of success in business development, marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
