Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience operating machines in a high-speed production environment

Mechanical knowledge and experience working with micrometers

Ability to read work orders and complete assembly sequences

Ability to read a tape measurer accurately and efficiently

Ability to stand for the entire shift and move around the production floor

Willing to work with grease and hand tools

Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare machines for operation, completing maintenance as needed.

Assemble material into a finished product with the aid of machines and assorted hand tools.

Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
