Marketing Specialist - Social Media and Community Outreach

Location: Pomona, CA (Office-Based)
Travel: Throughout California (Los Angeles focus)
Pay: $24–$30/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

BLEHEALTH LLC is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to grow our brand through social media, community outreach, and relationship-building.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing and in-person engagement—perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community while also creating impactful online content.

At BLEHEALTH, we provide ECM enhanced care management and healthcare consulting with a focus on compassionate, whole-person care that improves lives and strengthens communities.

Social Media & Content

• Create and manage posts, videos, and campaigns across platforms

• Share success stories, educational content, and community impact

• Maintain consistent posting and engagement

• Track performance and improve reach and visibility

Community Outreach

• Attend events and build relationships across the Los Angeles area

• Connect with healthcare providers, community organizations, and partners

• Represent BLEHEALTH as a brand ambassador

Networking & Growth

• Conduct outreach via phone and in person

• Help grow referral partnerships and community connections

• Support initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and enrollment

• Experience in marketing, social media, outreach, or related field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with both in-office work and field outreach

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-focused

• Experience in healthcare or community-based work is a plus

• A people-person who can connect with anyone
