Loan Operations Resources

Immediate need for a talented Loan Operations Resources. This is a six-month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sioux City, Iowa (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Onsite Remote / Missouri or Dallas (Preferred)
• Project-related work may include evenings, weekends, and late-night support activities.
• During implementation events, work may extend to midnight or later depending on project requirements.
• During non-travel and non-implementation periods, the schedule is generally a standard business day (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Loan Operations
• Payment
• SilverLake or private equity
• Experience in loan back-office operations
• Strong understanding of loan parameters and configuration
• Payment posting knowledge
• Escrow administration experience
• Ability to support testing, implementation, and operational validation activities
• Core banking conversion experience
• SilverLake
• Banking industry experience
• Experience with a Jack Henry core banking platform, including one or more of the following:
• SilverLake (Preferred)
• CIF 20/20 (Secondary Preference)
• Core Director (Tertiary Preference)
• Symitar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous core conversion or bank merger experience
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and client readiness activities
• Expected travel: 1-2 trips per month
• Average trip duration: 6-9 days
• Travel frequency and duration may vary based on project phase and implementation schedules
