Staff Up is hiring a Field Service Technician in Farmers Branch, TX!

We are seeking a dependable, technically skilled professional to provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment, and assist customers with operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite equipment startups and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues at customer jobsites
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Diagnose problems and provide effective troubleshooting solutions
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve field issues
• Conduct jobsite visits to identify and correct product defects
• Assist with production and technical projects
• Help train new team members and external representatives

Qualifications:

• Previous field service, mechanical, electrical, industrial, or technical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working onsite at customer locations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
