Director of Marketing/ Hospital Liason

Full TimeResponsibilities include:

• Fostering sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/admissions.
• Conducting pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of a resident referral.
• Fostering relationships in the community and local businesses.

• You must be flexible, self-driven , accountable for results, autonomous yet be supportive in team efforts.
• prefer someone with at least 1 year of long term care clinical liaison experience
