Service Dispatcher

Handle customer service calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians for repairs or services.

• Receiving and Recording Calls:
  Answering emergency and non-emergency calls, documenting call details, and prioritizing calls based on urgency.
• Dispatching Personnel and Resources:
  Assigning personnel, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on requests or needs.
• On-Call Service Requirement:
  This position requires participation in the on-call rotation approximately one week per month. During the assigned on-call week, the employee must be available to carry the office phone during evenings and weekends and respond to incoming customer calls as needed.
• Monitoring and Coordinating Operations:
  Tracking the status of technicians, managing schedules, and coordinating calls to ensure efficient operations.
• Problem Solving and Escalation:
  Addressing problems, resolving issues, and escalating situations to appropriate personnel when necessary.
