intent layer: it runs real one-on-one conversations at the moment of highest intent (thank-you

pages, confirmation screens, in-app moments, SMS, social) on traffic our partners already own

and already paid for. Instead of inferring what someone wants from clicks and lookalike models,

it asks. Adaptive questions surface what a person is actually trying to accomplish, sentiment

and intent scoring tell the engine when to push, pause, or pivot, and each person gets routed in

real time to the best-fit outcome: the partner's core offer, a cross-sell, or a monetized alternative

offer.

That difference is the sales story. Partners are not buying another dashboard to babysit. They

turn on a layer that lifts yield on media they already bought, and the pricing follows the value: a

setup fee to start, usage to run, and real money only when conversations convert. Every

conversation also compounds a proprietary dataset connecting declared intent to outcomes,

which makes the engine sharper and your pitch stronger every quarter. We are early, but

differentiated and well received in a wide open market.

We are a small, in-person team working out of a historic building in downtown Portsmouth, New

Hampshire. The culture is direct and fast: no layers, high ownership, and a bias to shipping.

About the Role

We are hiring for Sales & Business Development: a senior, full-cycle role that owns new

business end to end. You will sell into lead aggregators, vertical agencies, and

influencers/creators and their agencies across categories like lending & finance, health &

wellness, career & education, insurance, and home services. Your buyers own growth,

monetization, partnerships, and lifecycle numbers, and they respond to math, not feature tours.

This is a hunting role with a meaningful quota and founder-level support on select strategic deals.

There is no committee between you and a pricing decision. Bring back the objection you keep

losing on and you will be in the room when it gets addressed. You will shape pricing, positioning,

and the playbook that every rep hired after you inherits. Senior individual contributor today, with

a clear path to leading the commercial team for the person who earns it.

The motion itself rewards closers. Deals open with a contained, low-risk pilot (often a dormant

list or a single high-intent page), the pilot produces a number, and the number converts into the

partner's primary traffic. Land, prove, expand: the contracts are structured so revenue scales

with results.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from first outbound touch through signature. You build the pipeline; this is not an inbound queue
• Sell to growth, monetization, partnership, and lifecycle leaders, and multi-thread through legal, security, and procurement when deals get real
• Structure hybrid commercial agreements that combine setup fees, usage pricing, performance bounties, and revenue share
• Run the land-and-expand motion: open with a contained pilot, prove lift, then convert proof into the partner's primary traffic allocation
• Develop agency and network relationships that turn one close into several
• Demo the engine live on scenarios built from each prospect's actual funnel, and prove performance in the room rather than in slideware
• Forecast on signed contracts, not verbal yeses, and keep CRM hygiene tight
• Feed objection and competitive intelligence straight to the founder; it changes the product and the pitch fast
• Represent Namakina at industry conferences and regional events

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years closing B2B revenue in martech, adtech, affiliate or performance marketing, or
• lead generation
• A track record you can state in plain numbers: quota attainment, deal sizes, cycle
  lengths, and the biggest contract you have signed
• Experience selling usage-based or performance-priced deals, not just seat licenses
• Genuine outbound rigor: you have built pipeline from zero and can show how
• Strong discovery instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe
• Writing that gets forwarded: your follow-up email can survive a CFO
• Based in or able to commute daily to Portsmouth, NH. This is an in-office role.
