Service Dispatcher

Well establish HVAC/R Service Company is looking to hire a Head dispatcher immediately, the following qualifications:
• Experience is a must
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Organized
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to deal directly with customers tactfully by phone
• Able to work well with field service mechanics and office staff
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Updating service program and entering information
• Updating Time Sheets for weekly payroll
• Daily scheduling of mechanics and service calls
