Business Development Manager - LTL & Drayage Sales

We’re looking for a driven sales person to grow our LTL and drayage business. You’ll work with shippers, importers, and local companies that need reliable
trucking in and out of the ports and throughout the West Coast.

What you’ll do

• Find and close new LTL and drayage customers
• Build relationships with shippers, warehouses, and freight forwarders
• Quote loads and follow up until the business is booked
• Work closely with our operations team to make sure customers stay happy
• Grow your own book of business

What we’re looking for

• Sales experience in trucking, logistics, or freight (LTL or drayage is a plus)
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Based in or willing to work from the Auburn / Kent area

This is a 1099 position. Base range is $30K–$120K per year plus commission. High performers can earn well above the top of the range.
