We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Business Services to lead our Business Services department. In this role, the director would oversee manufacturing, production, contract operations, and continuous improvement initiatives while advancing our mission and supporting opportunities for the individuals we serve.

Purpose of Position
The Director of Business Services is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Goodwill's Business Services Department, including manufacturing, production operations, business development, customer relationships, quality systems, financial performance, and team development.
This position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the department operates safely, efficiently, and profitably while creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment.
The successful candidate will possess extensive operations, production, or manufacturing leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to develop teams, drive process improvements, manage projects, analyze business data, and build strong customer relationships in support of Goodwill's mission.
