We’re a small, growing MEP consulting firm based in the Tampa Bay area with projects across the country. Our work spans a wide range of markets, including office buildings, multifamily developments, retail and restaurants, medical facilities, and other commercial projects.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop mechanical/HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects
• Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
• Apply AEC industry standards, codes, and design practices to project work
• Assist with equipment selections, layouts, schedules, calculations, and design development
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project disciplines
• Support projects from initial design through construction documentation
• Develop project management skills and take on increasing responsibility for project delivery
• Communicate with team members and project stakeholders to keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience with MEP consulting/design and building mechanical and/or plumbing systems
• Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with AEC industry design procedures and construction documentation
• Interest in project management and career advancement
• Growth-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• EIT certification or a near-term goal of obtaining your PE is a plus
