Construction Business Development Associate

Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, Park & Eleazer Construction is an exciting and rapidly growing company specializing in Commercial Construction with a High End Residential/Multifamily Division. Our work includes many sectors including automotive, self storage, retail, office, municipal, multifamily, etc.

What is required for this position

· 5-10+ years of experience in business development within an A/E/C professional services firm or an A/E/C business-to-business environment

What is preferred for this position

· CRM software Experience

· Experience Developing and Delivering Presentations

· Advanced skills in tracking and managing leads, with a focus on follow through and closure

What you will be doing

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to identify, qualify, and position P&E Companies for opportunities to win new business
• Build, activate, and manage targeted relationships resulting in new fees
• Position P&E services to A/E firms and other A/E/C consultants
• Actively research project opportunities through networking, personal relationships, outbound reach, reading of industry publications, attending community events/conferences and participating in industry-related organizations
• Build strategic target lists to maximize outbound sales efforts
• Lead the coordination of introductory meetings with prospective clients to company experts
• Assist in assembling and briefing the pursuit team to ensure all client requirements are met
• Work with marketing to assist with proposal development, project team resources, and deliverables
• Assist with preparing the project team for a successful interview
• Participate in/lead public sales presentations, industry presentations, and RFP interviews
