Service Dispatcher

Security company seeking a Service Dispatch Representative to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of technicians. Along with following up with the customers after the service is completed for the customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians.
• Respond to customer inquiries to provide accurate service information
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Enter in new customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes
• Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every customer
• Support internal processes by ensuring information flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and the office

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service dispatching.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
• Service dispatcher must have effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
