About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality of care provided within our facility. You will lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team, fostering an environment of excellence and adherence to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Implement and oversee compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
Ensure that all nursing personnel adhere to established standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement in the quality of patient care and elevate our standards of care
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with multiple years of recent clinical experience
Two or more years of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
