Are you an HR technology professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and finding better ways to support the business?
I’m working with a well-established global food and agriculture company that is looking for an HR Technology & Innovation Specialist to join their People Services team at their Boise headquarters.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply maintain HR systems. You’ll partner closely with HR and IT to improve technology, streamline processes, support system enhancements, and help turn business needs into effective technology solutions.
What they’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar systems-focused role
Strong, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience administering, enhancing, troubleshooting, or implementing HR systems
Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
Ability to partner with HR stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Someone who is curious about technology and genuinely motivated by continuous improvement
Nice to have: Experience with ADP Payroll and/or UKG Timekeeping.
If you're an HR technology professional who likes to figure things out, improve systems, and partner with people across the business, I’d love to connect. Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications to Alissa at alissa.do@adeccona.com.
