Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients addressing their unique mental health needs.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing best practices in behavioral health intervention.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to facilitate therapeutic progress, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
  • Regularly document client interactions and progress in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record systems.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address any co-occurring conditions or support needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral health or therapeutic setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary between USD 115,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
