• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patient needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.


• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.


• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.


• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address prevalent mental health issues and help build community among participants.


• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals in a coordinated approach to patient care, ensuring a holistic treatment plan.


• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary and offer immediate support during mental health emergencies.


• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and equip them with strategies for self-management and community resources.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality care.


• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges.
