• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical evaluations.


• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and cater to each client's unique challenges and goals.


• Provide ongoing therapy through both individual sessions and group therapy settings, focusing on therapeutic approaches that address conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.


• Regularly track and document client progress in alignment with established treatment goals, utilizing our EHR systems for efficient data management.


• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and support groups, when co-occurring conditions or complex issues arise.


• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage acute distress and support clients in navigating emergencies effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
