Our mental health counselors enjoy a fully remote work setting, utilizing teletherapy to connect with clients. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at EcoMind, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.


• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual clients' objectives and preferences.


• Providing individual therapy to adult clients through evidence-based practices, ensuring a focus on solution-oriented outcomes.


• Utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver seamless virtual therapy sessions to ensure client engagement.


• Responding to crisis situations with professional intervention services when necessary, ensuring client safety and support.


• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry standards, innovative practices, and mental health best practices through regular training and workshops.

Your clients will include a diverse array of adults facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).


• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and connection with clients.


• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and therapy sessions efficiently.

While we value fresh perspectives, a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, along with familiarity in delivering therapy via telehealth platforms. Experience in crisis intervention and knowledge of evidence-based therapies is advantageous.
