Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose emotional, cognitive, and behavioral disorders in clients.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients based on their specific needs, goals, and progress.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.
  • Teach clients practical coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their mental health issues.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress through consistent follow-ups and therapeutic adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Ultra Care Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
