This full-time position offers a highly competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting both experience and caseload availability. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group therapy, family counseling, and one-on-one sessions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay informed of the latest mental health research and practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize client care and outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health issues. Our clients often experience challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. By delivering compassionate care tailored to their unique needs, you will help empower clients on their journey to recovery.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
• A history of participation in continuous education and training related to mental health interventions.
