Mind Clarity P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Clarity P.C., your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments through screenings and interviews to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health needs.
• Designing individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique concerns and goals of each client.
• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Providing education and support to family members of clients as part of the therapeutic process.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will focus on facilitating healing and growth in clients struggling with marital issues, family conflict, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. By creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, you will empower clients to navigate their paths to recovery.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental stance to understand clients’ experiences deeply.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a varied caseload effectively.
