Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the LMHC include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage a caseload of diverse clients, focusing on building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships in alignment with professional ethics.

  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss life events, and plan for future appointments or discharge as needed.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the evolving needs of each client.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • Execute thorough intake assessments to properly gauge client needs upon entry into therapy.

  • Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to client requirements and treatment goals.

  • Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
