We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Verve Wellness & Consulting Center. The successful LCSW will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to unique client needs.


• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.


• Collaborating with clients to schedule ongoing appointments and manage a well-organized calendar that reflects client needs and team availability.


• Utilizing our streamlined billing service to ensure efficient management of client insurance documentation, eligibility checks, and payment plans.


• Demonstrating an ability to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic techniques as required.

Our client base spans all age groups, including individuals and couples facing mental health challenges and addiction issues. Whether providing support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or substance use disorders, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their recovery processes and helping them to develop effective coping strategies. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.


• Current, independent licensure as an LCSW in Virginia.


• A strong commitment to professionalism, cultural competency, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.


• A willingness to actively engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.


• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings weekly.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with significant training and experience in working with couples, as well as those possessing a strong background in various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional performance-driven bonuses. Benefits include:
