• Conduct thorough initial assessments to clearly identify and understand clients' mental health needs and personal goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse clientele, employing best practices in individual, couple, and family counseling.
• Work collaboratively with clients to pinpoint effective coping strategies, fostering personal resilience and facilitating healing.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for client data.
• Actively participate in supervision and case consultations with peers to enhance treatment effectiveness and professional growth.

Your work will encompass a varied client demographic, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues among others. By offering remote counseling, you will expand access to mental health services, helping clients who may have previously found it challenging to seek help due to mobility issues or geographical constraints. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices applicable to a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective engagement with clients and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Competence in utilizing virtual platforms for therapy, including telehealth tools and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in developing programmatic therapeutic interventions targeting specific client needs.
• Prior work in a community health setting or experience with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and crisis intervention techniques.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
