Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and available resources to tailor effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and optimize client care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific recovery goals and determining appropriate interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, especially in situations requiring immediate support, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with the necessary regulations.
  • Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering clients through shared experiences and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological conditions. Our holistic approach ensures that all clients receive personalized care that respects their unique backgrounds and situations.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably involving individual and group therapy.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions suitable for various mental health disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health clinic or similar outreach environment would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of teletherapy practices and digital health tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create and execute culturally responsive treatment plans.
Compensation and Benefits
