Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Austin, TX

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.


• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and thorough assessments to identify specific therapeutic goals and establish effective treatment plans.


• Deliver group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions based on an interdisciplinary approach while collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.


• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health practices.


• Work collaboratively in a supportive and engaging team environment, contributing to the overall success of the clinic and the well-being of clients.

The LPC will play a vital role in serving a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. We focus on delivering compassionate care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will help us empower clients to lead fulfilling lives by improving their mental health and well-being.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.


• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.


• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.


• Knowledge of and adherence to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.


• Experience with evidence-based therapy techniques and an understanding of contemporary therapeutic methodologies.


• Demonstrated competence in navigating complex client situations with creativity and empathy.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, with additional bonuses based on performance. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
