• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and individual needs.


• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies to foster client recovery and growth.


• Utilize various therapies including solution-focused interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques to improve client wellbeing.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, participating in team meetings and case consultations.


• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Your role will focus primarily on individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as a broad spectrum of mental health-related challenges. Many clients seek our services for support in coping with life transitions and stress management. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.


• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.


• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
