• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.


• Provide various therapeutic services including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, focusing on evidence-based methodologies.


• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and continuous care for clients.


• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.


• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.


• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.


• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or a similar setting.


• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.


• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse.


• Experience integrating multiple therapeutic modalities into practice.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
