Machine Operator
Job Description
Overview:

Set up machines, including installing dies and adjusting machine parameters
Monitor the process to ensure parts meet required specifications
Inspect finished parts for defects
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA
regulations
Complete production and quality documentation as required
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly
Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Previous experience in a die casting or metal manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and industrial environments
Availability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
