• Deliver direct clinical services and interventions to clients exhibiting symptoms of mental health disorders, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through effective, respectful communication and a thorough understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Work collaboratively with clinical team members to develop integrated care plans that address client needs and facilitate access to necessary resources and services.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs, ensuring appropriate treatment interventions are put in place.
• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes, maintaining compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions focused on enhancing service delivery and quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies.

This position focuses on serving individuals from under-resourced communities in Mesa, Arizona, where clients often face a myriad of challenges related to mental health, socioeconomic factors, and accessibility to care. As part of your role, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, each requiring a tailored approach that acknowledges their unique histories, traditions, and therapeutic needs.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required, and possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings is necessary, with a preference for experience working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate interventions and treatments, tailored to the specific needs of the populations served.

• Experience with crisis intervention and management techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Training in culturally competent practices and trauma-informed care approaches.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
