As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sunrise Care Consulting, you will:

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions aimed at helping clients identify issues, develop strategies for coping, and maintain a strong focus on safety and confidentiality.


• Implement treatment programs tailored for clients struggling with mental health issues, trauma-related concerns, or dual diagnoses.


• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document sessions, maintain up-to-date client records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with other care providers within our clinic to offer an integrated approach to mental health services.


• Maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates both client needs and personal commitments, including some evenings and weekends.

Your counseling services will primarily focus on diverse populations requiring mental health support. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and those with dual diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.


• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.


• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid track record of effective client engagement and treatment.


• Proficiency in using technology, including a reliable computer with internet access and a webcam for telehealth sessions.


• The ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.


• Completion of a background check as part of the hiring process.
