Certified Medical Assistant/ CNA

Medical office Hiring a certified Medical assistant or CNA to join our team long term for private medical office. Please read this post entirely before applying.
We are located near Beach Blvd/University Blvd close to the Brooks rehabilitation Center.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm.
RELIABE TRANSPORTATION AND PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST.
Starting pay is $16.00/hour (32 Hours a week). Paychecks are issued 2x's a month.(1ST & 15TH)

Duties Include:
Opening Office
Checking Patients In/Out
Scheduling
Vital Signs
Charting with EMR as well as paper charts
Answering Phones
Accepting Payments
Filing Charts Properly in alphabetical order
Prior Authorization for medication
Faxing/sending referrals
ICD 10 codes for labs and specialty referrals
Organized and able to multi task
Maintaining a clean and sanitized office environment
Other office duties to maintain the operation of the office
Willing to train the right candidate if unfamiliar in any areas. Must be able to follow routine and follow under the direction of the Doctor and Office Manager. Neat appearance and cleanliness is a must. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
