Responsibilities:

• Perform high-end, detail-focused cleaning services in luxury Class A residential and/or commercial properties
• Maintain strict quality standards and attention to detail on every job
• Use proper techniques and premium products to care for high-value surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
• Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists for each property
• Manage time efficiently to complete services within scheduled windows
• Report any property concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact

Requirements:

• Prior experience in luxury, Class A, or high-end cleaning environments required
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy with excellent client-facing demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team partner
• Familiarity with premium cleaning products, tools, and best practices
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Saint Petersburg, FL area
• Strong time management and organizational skills
