Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individual and family dynamics to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving actionable goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring each session supports clients in navigating their challenges effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive, confidential records of client sessions and progress, implementing necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
  • Actively engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and trainings, to remain informed of the latest therapeutic methods and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Our clients come from various backgrounds and ages, providing an enriching landscape to apply tailored therapeutic approaches. Your expertise in family systems and relationship dynamics will be pivotal in guiding your clients towards their desired outcomes, creating lasting change in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and practices relevant to family and marriage therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a community health or therapeutic setting.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools to effectively engage with clients in a virtual setting.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
