Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, thereby contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training relevant to mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to USD 400,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
