Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in Child and Family team meetings to contribute to treatment planning and multidisciplinary discussions, enhancing holistic care approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments followed by the development of personalized treatment plans, ensuring timely and thorough documentation in accordance with agency policies.
• Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality protocols, safeguarding all client records and information in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Utilize evidence-based diagnostic techniques to evaluate and effectively assess the emotional and behavioral issues faced by children and adolescents.
• Design and implement innovative treatment strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients, integrating therapeutic modalities and interventions that foster resilience and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of clients through direct therapeutic interactions and family-centered approaches, nurturing both individual healing and family dynamics.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience
