Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, develop integrated care plans, and coordinate services that link clients with community resources.
• Monitor and document client progress through regular check-ins, ensuring that treatment is aligned with individual therapeutic goals.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to promote a shared understanding of client needs and collaborative approaches to care.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Engage consistently in professional development activities to enhance clinical competencies and stay informed about best practices in social work.
• Report and monitor client safety, maintaining an environment conducive to physical and emotional well-being.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including timely completion of intake documents, treatment notes, and data entries as part of the clinic's quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
