Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals and families, establishing a baseline for tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy sessions for clients, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to collaboratively enhance and adjust treatment approaches for optimal client outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance through regular progress evaluations and updates on treatment plans, focusing on achievable goals.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health trends and therapeutic practices, incorporating new evidence-based techniques into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, children, couples, and families facing various issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges, improve relationship quality, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid Clinical License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient environments and those familiar with telehealth platforms. Experience working with a multicultural clientele is an advantage, as is proficiency in a second language.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
