Work Environment

This position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured approach to client care. As part of our outpatient office setting, you'll utilize digital communication tools and therapeutic platforms that promote effective interaction with clients. Our supportive administrative team will facilitate your practice by managing appointment scheduling, billing, and other essential functions, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to promote open communication and foster a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders using evidence-based assessment tools and client interviews to accurately identify issues affecting emotional wellness.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
  • Conduct regular counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy to promote beneficial change.
  • Continuously assess client progress through ongoing evaluations and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care, including referrals for additional services when required.
  • Stay current with developments in marriage and family therapy by engaging in professional development activities and adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a broad client base from various backgrounds and age groups, addressing an array of issues—from relationship challenges and family dynamics to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a tailored therapeutic journey that empowers clients to overcome obstacles in their lives.

Qualifications
  • Active LMFT license compliant with state regulations.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic practices for individuals, couples, and families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in addiction counseling and understanding of co-occurring disorders.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and techniques in adult and adolescent therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and encourage clients throughout their therapeutic journeys.
  • Previous experience in a remote working environment is an advantage, particularly within outpatient facilities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
