Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with couples and individual family members to address issues through comprehensive therapy sessions.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing challenges such as alcohol abuse, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustments to separation or divorce.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of each patient.
  • Document each session accurately in our digital health records system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as part of our commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed and actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

You will specialize in family dynamics, including blended families, communication barriers, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications
