Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records using the Simple Practice platform.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied clientele, including teenagers, adults, and couples experiencing diverse mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. Your skills will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals in a supportive and understanding manner.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• A strong comfort level with teletherapy and virtual consultations, along with proficiency in video conferencing tools.
