Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, eliminating the need for commuting and allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring privacy and comfort during each session. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and you have the flexibility to create your own schedule within this timeframe. There is no on-call work required, allowing you to focus on providing quality mental health support during your dedicated working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and insightful video chat therapy sessions to assess and address clients’ mental health needs.
• Utilize active listening and empathy to encourage clients to articulate their thoughts and emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of their experiences.
• Act as a supportive advocate for clients, helping them define their personal wellness goals and work collaboratively towards achieving them.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, informed by your clinical expertise, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a flexible approach to their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking assistance in navigating various mental health concerns. You will work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other emotional challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates possessing advanced degrees in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Currently holds a valid independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain accurate electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
