Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that address their individual circumstances.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each approach aligns with clients' preferences and treatment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficacy in treatment.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients who may face challenges in attending in-person sessions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements, reflecting our commitment to best practices in mental healthcare.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and clinical supervision to continually hone your clinical skills and expand your knowledge of emerging therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including both adults and youth, each presenting with a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as psychology or social work is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical and telehealth context.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, showing enthusiasm for collaboration and information sharing.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their applications in therapy will be advantageous.
